- Flat fee, regardless if you will be staying just one night or the whole weekend. Required for attendees 13 and above.

- Youth campers (13 – 18) must have a PARENT or GUARDIAN on site. This will be enforced at the gate. We reserve the right to refuse entry to KVMF if this is not met.

- No early camping (gate opens at 9am on Friday).

- There are no private sites and no place holding is permitted once on site. The best bet if you want to camp with a large group is to coordinate showing up at the same time.

- As we have struggled with too many cars onsite in the past, we ask that if you do not NEED your vehicle on the grounds, to please work with us and park it offsite. (we highly encourage carpooling to KVMF!)

- A truck with a camper on it or a camperized passenger van is classified as a vehicle, and not an RV.

- If you are towing a trailer, we ask that you drive your vehicle out after parking it. If you need to bring your vehicle, you will have to purchase a vehicle pass as well.

- The RV fee does not cover the regular camping fee.
